Payment Holidays Allowed. If you have previously made overpayments you may be entitled to take payment holidays by suspending your normal monthly payments until the amount of overpayments have been used up. The bank will consider repayment holidays upon written request.

If early repayment charges apply to your account(s) then the following applies:

If a capital amount is received that does not fully redeem the mortgage then the following exception applies - up to 10% of the capital balance outstanding at the start of the calendar year can be repaid within that calendar year without the early repayment charge being applied.

The interest rate charged to your account will be adjusted from the 1st of the month following receipt of your repayment. Please note that overpayments will not reduce the capital balance on your account until the end of the month.

This mortgage includes a facility for additional secured borrowing. The Lender may consider additional secured borrowing by the way of further advance once you have completed a satisfactory six month repayment record, which will be subject to lending criteria at that time.
